How to place an order:

We accept orders via our Online Order Form, or by telephone (07) 5494 0966.

Order Payment methods:

Payment can be made by Direct Deposit or Cheque.  Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards.

Direct deposit details:

Once you have placed an order using the order form or fax and have chosen direct deposit, you will receive a quote which includes the freight and handling charges.  Once you have the quote, you can deposit the full amount into our Commonwealth Bank account:

If you transfer payment via internet banking please put your quote number and surname in the description.  If paying at your local bank please make sure the quote number is inserted into their special number field (if applicable).  Please note that you will be required to email or fax us a copy of your details and the quote number to ensure quick processing of your order.  Without this information we may not be able to match your payment to your order.

Cheque payment:

Please allow seven (7) working days clearance on all payments made by cheque.

Shipping and Insurance:

All goods are shipped via Australia Post, receipted delivery.

Refund and Warranty Policy:

All fittings have a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.  If your goods become faulty within the warranty period they must be returned to Stainless Styles and will be replaced or repaired in accordance with the suppliers requirements.  The original purchase receipt is required for any warranty claim as well as the electrician’s installation receipt. 

Out of Stocks:

We endeavour to keep as many items in stock as possible to avoid any delays in shipping orders.  However, there are times when products may need to be made or ordered from our suppliers.  If this occurs we will either email or call to advise of the delay and to give an approximate date for delivery.
